What is holistic therapy?
Holistic therapy can help you find balance by focusing on the
mind-body-spirit connection. I use traditional talk therapy along with breath and body work to support you in your healing.
My approach is informed by trauma-sensitive psychology and Yoga.

A trauma-informed approach to therapy is compassionate and collaborative. It comes from an understanding of how stress and trauma affect the mind and body through the nervous system.
