Located in Saskatoon, SK, I am a social worker (MSW, RSW) with 20 years of experience working with diverse people. I bring a compassionate and open-minded approach to counselling. I've worked with people as they find healing from traumatic events and uncomfortable circumstance due to sexual abuse/assault, addictions, relationship struggles, family issues, mental health, sexuality, etc.

I believe that you are the expert in your own life and aim to follow your lead while offering gentle guidance along the way.

I am passionate about holistic health care and have trained as a trauma-informed yoga/yoga-nidra teacher with a background in psychology. I am excited to offer a blend of breath and body work with traditional talk therapy, using a trauma-sensitive approach.

Currently offering in-person sessions in Saskatoon, and phone/video sessions for anyone in the Saskatchewan area.
